National programmes that turn constitutional intent into institutional practice
Ten flagship initiatives spanning schools, universities, workplaces, government bodies and communities — each with its own research base, framework, training curriculum and free resource library.
Ten programmes, one continuous system
Our programmes are not a catalogue of separate campaigns. They are one system, entered at different points. The National Legal Education Mission sets the curriculum standard; the School and Higher Legal Education Projects carry that standard into classrooms and campuses; Teacher Education makes sure someone in the building is competent to deliver it.
The safety programmes work on the same logic in a different direction. The National Safe School Framework and the National Safe Workplace Standards define what a compliant, dignified institution looks like. POSH Capacity Building and the POCSO Awareness Initiative then supply the specialised training those standards depend on, because a framework without a trained committee is only a document.
Underneath all of it sits the Research & Policy Centre, which produces the evidence every framework is built from and measures whether the framework is working. The Community Legal Awareness Programme takes the same knowledge outside institutions altogether, to the people who have no employer or principal to route it through. Institutions usually begin with one programme and adopt others as capability grows.

Filter by theme, or browse the full list. Every programme page follows the same twelve-part structure so you can compare them directly.
Every programme is documented the same way
We use one standard twelve-part structure across all ten programmes. It exists so that a principal, an HR head and a district officer can each open a different programme page and find the same information in the same place — background before objectives, audience before components, outcomes before the sign-up.
If you are comparing two programmes, read sections 2, 5 and 8 first: what the problem is, who it is for, and what changes if you adopt it.
Seven participant groups
Programmes are designed around the person who has to act — not around a generic audience. Each group below has its own material, its own session format and its own measure of success.
What changes when a programme is adopted properly
These are the outcomes we design for and the outcomes we measure. They are deliberately modest and verifiable — we would rather report a real change in one district than an unprovable claim about a nation.
See how we measure impact- Improved legal awareness. Students, teachers and employees who can name their rights, recognise a breach and describe the remedy without prompting.
- Safer institutions. Statutory committees constituted correctly, trained, and able to demonstrate what they did when something was reported.
- Better compliance. Policies adopted, records maintained and annual obligations met — with evidence that survives an external audit.
- Faster, correct response. Adults who know what to do in the first hour after a disclosure, and a written pathway that does not depend on who is on duty.
- Stronger civic participation. Student clubs, community facilitators and campus legal cells that keep operating after the programme team has left.
- Institutional self-sufficiency. Certified master trainers inside the institution, so the next cohort does not need us.
From first enquiry to certification
The same five stages apply to every programme, whether you are a single school or a state education department.
Where the programmes have reached so far
Figures are indicative and updated with each Annual Report.
We deliver through institutions, not around them
Programmes are implemented in partnership with the bodies that already hold the mandate — because a change routed through an existing institution outlasts a change delivered beside it.
