Ask for a document that is listed but not yet downloadable
Request a translation into a specific Indian language
Ask for an accessible version of a document you cannot use
Propose material that your sector needs and nobody has produced
Request permission for a use the licence does not already cover

Requests are acknowledged on receipt. Where a document already exists we will send the link; where it does not, we will tell you honestly whether it is planned.
