We work through institutions, not around them

A partnership with SWAMITRA is a working arrangement with named deliverables, a timeline and a review point. It is not a logo exchange.

Government

Government & Public Bodies

State education departments, district administrations, commissions and public sector undertakings adopt our frameworks at scale.

  • Adoption of the Safe School or Safe Workplace standard across a district or department
  • Master trainer development inside the department so delivery continues without us
  • Curriculum and material support in the official language of the state
  • Baseline and end-line measurement with a published report
Education

Schools & Universities

Schools, school chains, colleges, universities and law schools implement legal literacy and safety frameworks on their own campuses.

  • Graded classroom modules and teacher facilitation support
  • Safety audit, policy adoption and statutory committee constitution
  • Value-added and elective legal literacy courses for non-law disciplines
  • Campus legal aid cells, student clubs and clinical legal education support
Civil Society

NGOs & Community Organisations

Organisations already trusted in their communities carry legal awareness further than we can reach directly.

  • Training of your field staff as community legal awareness facilitators
  • Joint camps, helpdesk clinics and legal aid referral linkages
  • Free use of plain-language material, adapted to your context
  • Shared documentation and joint reporting on reach and outcomes
Corporate

Corporate Organisations

Employers meet statutory obligations properly and build workplaces where people are willing to speak up.

  • Compliance gap assessment against the Safe Workplace Standards
  • Internal committee constitution, certification and refresher training
  • Organisation-wide awareness delivery, including regional languages
  • Annual compliance review and reporting support
Professional

Professional Associations

Bar associations, HR bodies, principals' forums and teacher associations reach their members with structured content.

  • Continuing professional development modules for your membership
  • Co-hosted conclaves, roundtables and certification cohorts
  • Joint standards development and consultation on draft frameworks
  • Member access to the trainer network and resource library
How it starts

The first conversation

Send the enquiry below. We come back within seven working days with an honest assessment of whether the partnership is workable, what it would require from each side, and what it would cost — including when the answer is that it costs nothing.

Every partnership is documented in a written memorandum before work begins, with named deliverables, a timeline and a review date.

What we ask of a partner

A named person who owns the relationship on your side. Access to the people the programme is meant to reach. Permission to measure honestly, including when the results are unflattering. And a willingness to continue after the first year, because nothing in this field changes in one.

What we do not ask for is exclusivity, endorsement of positions you have not read, or the right to use your name in fundraising material without your written agreement.

What you can expect from us

  • A written memorandum before any work begins
  • Material free of cost wherever the Foundation can bear it, and transparent cost recovery where it cannot
  • Measurement designed before delivery, not retrofitted afterwards
  • Capability transferred to your own people, so the work survives our exit
